so this week has been a shit storm at work. i've worked 40 of 66.5 hours over the past three days and am barely standing. i'm VERY ready for the weekend and for kalyn to visit and for kim to visit and for some time to sleep. i think tonight i'm going to have to pass on alana's party (unfortunatley) and just pass the effff out when i get home.
yesterday i finally took *some* time to myself (meaning i didn't work the entire night) and went for a run with donovan. it was a good one but i was feeling the pain of it from being so tired and not having worked out all week. he was nice to wait for me when i was going slower than him but it was a challenging run and we both made it in better time than jess and i did last week (by 10 mins). it was GREAT to get out and do something and get away from work.
from there i went to bry's to get t's hard drive and then off to t's to try to fix his computer. his external drive wasn't working so we put his stuff on mine and then attempted to recover his os. no success. there was this weird noise coming out of his tower then the computer rebooted itself after the recovery process. makes me think it's a problem with his hardware but i'm not an expert at hardware so whatevs. he said he was going to get a laptop cause his computer's so old that he needs to replace it anyway.
not the most exciting of nights but at least i was away from work most of it. i did work while i was at t's and waiting for the recovery disks to work their magic. anyway, i'm off to yet another meeting which probably won't be productive or interesting at all.....yay. the weekend can't come fast enough for me!
