i have to admit i am VERY ready for this weekend and yet not sure if i am ready for this weekend! confusing....yes and no!!
so, tomorrow is iron mtn brick which will be a true test of whether or not i'm ready for this race or if the injury has taken back over. i'm excited about getting to do this side by side with jess and know we'll push each other to finish it. i hope denden was wrong about laurie's suggested not going to the top. i will reach the top of iron mtn after the bike ride. i will. so, that's tomorrow which is going to kick ass.....literally!
then the rest of the weekend i'll be spending with elaine. i love her and the kids but i've never spent that long with young kids of their ages and not sure how that will go. i'm anticipating that it will go well and that i'll be kept busy helping with meals and laundry etc. of course, i'll play with ozzie and aurora but i'm not sure after iron mtn if i can keep up to be honest!! so i'm not sure if i'm going to be there sat night and sunday night but after this weekend one thing is for sure, i'm going to miss my bed! oh right - i'm staying at gunn's tonight so i will make SURE i'm awake early enough for iron mtn and cause it's closer :0) so at least two nights if not three that i won't be sleeping in my own bed.
as for tonight, it's sarah's b-day tomorrow so her friend is hosting a sex toy party tonight at sarah's house. should be fun and there should be some interesting products there!! michele made me nervous by telling me that the one she'd gone to had a stripper and i'm not prepared to see a stripper at this point!! at the moment, it's all i can do to stay awake and semi-sane sounding. anyway, after that i'm heading to gunn's to sleep and prepare for the mtn! that's about it for the weekend and it's going to be great!
