i am OFFICIALLY a Vineman 70.3 competitor!!!!!!! today was THE day that they accepted my app and i'm off the waiting list. sandra and ashley and i are planning out the week and i'm going to start bugging trent to come up with a plan of action for us! so far we're looking good and feeling phenomenal about the race. we have 13 weeks - yes 13 WEEKS! we're talking lodging and transportation and all the good stuff to get ready to get our asses there. we're introing into our hot and hilly weekend rides with good ole iron mtn to begin the battle! we're not fucking around this time and we're pumped to get riding. as soon as i heard the news i wanted to start running around the building!! gots to work now but will definitely be writing more :0)

today: 24 set with jess and a light run
tomorrow: swim in the am and 7-10 miler in encinitas area
thurs: tp hill repeats (running) in the pm
fri: cove swim or early am swim (depending on pm plans already committed to)
sat: afternoon bike (light to save legs for sun)
sun: iron mtn brick
