I definitely don't like or understand the grey swirley thingy. I love the rest of it though. Doesn't feel like a between the shoulder blades one to me though. I'd say on one shoulder blade or an arm.
I think that could be really cool in between your shoulder blades. I think I would like it better if it were a little more celtic-y in its green parts. But it's very cool!! If you want someone to go with you when you decide to get it done, let me know! :)

I think it'll look great. Especially if you get it at the top of your back so that the top of the image would be at the base of your neck. :) Let me know if you want me (if I get to) go with you!!
I think the shoulder blade. The grey thing out and definitely the four leaf.
