trick or treat :0)

i don't know about you, but halloween is one of my favorite times of the year. it's the time where people get to go back to the roots of what it's like to be a kid.....well, a large kid in a small costume drinking entirely too much booze but ya get my point. people let go of all the crap they've been holding onto and for one night they act like adolescents! and there are those who go out with kids trick or treating and get to see the pure joy that children have wandering around neighborhoods collecting candy, spending time with friends, and seeing a myriad of costumes that are kept in closets the rest of the year through. it's a fun time to see the wilder side of those we know and see on a daily or somewhat regular basis. it's a time to see what their dreams are or were, a time to see what they wanted to be when they grew up, a time to see what they still want to be when they grow up, and a time to see people for all intensive purposes with much much much fewer inhibitions than almost every other day of the year. so, enjoy the day and the night for what it is and what it should be.....a TON of fun :0)
