kickin ass and takin names :0)

so this past weekend kicked some serious arse and i did a lot of the kickin! friday was nice cause i hung out with traci at sarah's mary kay debut and bought some stuff. headed over to t's for some qt after that but of course had to get up early to get back to the coast for a ride. still had a GREAT night! got up at 7 and got home at 8ish and headed over to sandra's. we hit the road and went down to chula vista/jamul for a long heat ride at honey springs. we headed out on our ride at 10:30 am so we could get as much heat as possible (race specific). ended up doing 42 instead of the 54 cause sandra has some major bike issues. so we resolved to do more mileage on sunday instead. we hit up trek so that sandra wouldn't be bothered by the same issues on sunday's ride. the rest of the night we relaxed at her place and hit the hot tub.

sunday we got started at 11 (again needing the heat) and did a 33 mile ride from her place on torrey to black mtn off the 56. good ride even though our legs were a tiny bit sore/fatigued. we headed out for lunch at las olas and then to my place to pick up my stuff. did a bit o shoppin (i needed a new bikini for the cruise) and then hit the beach. i headed out around 7 to t's again (since i won't see him for a couple weeks - sad yet true).



last night was awesome too! went to see dr. m (who made fun of me for treating my body so badly! he said he fully expected that if i treated my car as badly as my body that he'd see me on the side of the road with smoke and flames shooting out of my engine!) GREAT guy and awesome doc. then hit up dinner with kelly and made plans to go surfing SOON! it was great to see her.....i've missed her!
