the good stuff!

last night's workout was gooooooooooooood! i met up with the flipi's and donovan went off to do his own thing (couldn't be caught dead in a class full of girls!) so jessica and i were left to our own devices till class started at 5:30. so i had us run through michele's core workout with the ball. i love that core workout. i need to enhance it though cause my abs are gettting stronger so i need something else to get that lovely after workout burn! anyway, so we headed to the class post core workout and it was PACKED! we'd set up our stuff before hand so we didn't have to fight the crowd for a space on the floor. it incorporated a step, hand weights, bar weight, and a mat. it was a mix of weights and cardio with a lot of squats thrown in for good measure. and today i am FEELing it!! every part of my body (except my toes and fingers) HURTS in a goooooooooood way!! i will be back to see beth next tues at 5:30 i guarantee it!

after workout, i headed straight to the gaffney's for tito's b-day dinner. hung out with tito david, tita rica, kuu, chris, and other fam members. we were chatting about tita's masectomy that was scheduled for this morning. all that needed to be done this week to get kuu where she needs to go and still get in hang out time. i'm very excited that they caught her at stage one and she'll be taken care of today! kuu, chris, and i are headed to the hospital to visit her in her recovery room this afternoon. it was good to spend some time with them.......it'd been too long! kuu, chris, and i played mario kart and sequece last night and i KILLED at sequence and managed not to drown at mario kart :0)

talked with trouble a bit last night and his hard drive took a dump and decided not to work anymore. so i've been helping him work through a solution and am going to see if i can fix it tomorrow night. he's gotten his enclosure and his external hard drive and now thinks that i am a genious - which i am :0) hopefully his hard drive isn't corrupted and he can save his pics. i wouldn't want to see him if it does turn out that it's all lost but luckily that won't be the case ..... i just know it!

well, i'm back to a call with MS and to get done with mattel so i can go to grab kuu and chris!
