why does it always seem that fridays drag?? i've been working on mattel stuff - which continues to infuriatingly trickle in from them throughout the day even though they were supposed to be done with work at noon today. and of course i cannot possibly concentrate since it's friday and i can only think about leaving! i think that more companies should adopt mattel's theory of the half day on friday :0) i'd be a MUCH happier employee if i could leave by noon. so long story short, one hour has felt like 4 and i'm ready to leave!
so last night was good and chris did make it after all. this weekend should be good and i am excited to hang with pops and my youngest sis. sounds like i'll have 'em all to myself since my bro and sis-n-law have a wedding tomorrow night that i'd totally forgotten about.
a little nervous about the half marathon but i'm sure we'll make it through. sandra said that she may end up walk/running with us since she's not quite in shape for this one either! means we'll have to kick our asses to get in shape for la jolla (which is my fav half marathon!!)!
ok i'm starting to even bore myself so i'll just write more this weekend!!
